Documents that are stored for reprint are automatically deleted after the storage period has elapsed. The storage period default setting is 14 days and is limited to a maximum value by your license.
To specify the storage period:
After the specified storage period, documents can be removed from the Transform Content Center database to an offline location.
To specify the offline location:
The time, in minutes, that a signed-in user can remain inactive before the license assigned to that user's session times out and becomes available for another user.
Select this option to terminate any session that remains inactive for the duration of the specified License Timeout period, regardless of whether the license is required for another user.
If you select this, the Automatically sign in next time option on the Sign In page is disabled.
Clear this option to enable a user to keep an inactive session open beyond the timeout period unless or until another user needs a license in order to sign in.
The current number of TCC users and maximum number of TCC users is recorded in the FS_CONFIGURATION table of the TCC database. (item names CurrentUserCount and MaxUserCount)

If you use a Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) Web server to host the Transform Content Center pages, select this to enable use of the email button in the Adobe reader within the View Document window. This button enables users to send by email the PDF document they are viewing.
If you select this option, you must also configure your Transform Web server to set the AllowPathInfoForScriptMappings metabase property to a value of 1. In addition, if you use a version of IIS prior to Version 6.0 and use the URLScan security tool, you must also set AllowDotInPath to a value of 1.

Select this to enable Windows users and members of Windows groups to access Transform Content Center pages directly after entering the appropriate URL in a browser, without having first to sign in.
You must add users or groups to create Transform Content Center accounts for them before they can access Transform Content Center pages. See Managing Windows Users for more information.
