Saving Document Links

The Favorites tab can contain links to documents that you want to access at some other time. Documents marked this way are not saved on your computer, but a link to the document is saved, in a similar way to when you mark a favorite Web site in your Web browser.

To save a document link:

1. Open the document you want to save and then click Save to Favorite Documents ().
2. Enter a title for and description of the document and then click Save Document.

To access a saved document:

1. On the Favorites tab, click Saved Documents.
2. In the list of Favorite Documents, click the document type icon (for example or ) of the document you want to open.

To remove a saved document:

1. On the Favorites tab, click Saved Documents.
2. In the list of Favorite Documents, select the document you want to remove, and then click Remove.

This removes the link to the document. The document itself is not deleted.
