Printing Documents and Notes

You can print one or more documents from a list of search Results. When you do this, the Transform Content Center system uses the application associated with the document to prepare and print each document. For example, to print a Word document, the system opens the Word application.

To print a document or documents from the results of a search:

1. From a list of search Results, click to select each document you want to print.
2. Click Print Docs.
3. In response to the message, click Yes.

The documents are printed on the default printer for your computer.

To print the document or notes you are viewing:

1. In the Document View, click Print Document .
2. Select your printer and print options as required.
